  • 46,000 square facility including 21 full service Truck Repair Bays, Steam Clean Room, Dynomometer Room, Re-build Shop, Parts Department, 2 story office area including Customer Lounge, Service Counter, Training Room, Lunch Room, Toilet and Locker Rooms.

Cummins Interstate Power

  • The Schumacher Dugan Construction provided design and construction of a new office and distribution headquarters for Planes Moving and Storage. The new center included 125,000 square feet of warehouse and 25,000 square feet of two-story projected office space on a 12 acre site.

    The office portion is constructed of architectural precast concrete and a glass curtainwall system. The warehouse exterior uses structural precast with a fluted aggregate finish.
